I want my money and they are just giving me a run around everytime i call. I asked why they were not issueing me a credit on my card like they claimed to 2 weeks ago and she said she did not know. Called them today on the 10/30 at 10:30am and the CSR said they were cutting me a check and put in the mail by noon today. Called them on 10/15 for the 10th time and the CSR told me that they had issued a credit on 10/14 and it would take 7-10 days. Told her do not issue another call tag from UPS, but send me the return label and i will personally get them shipped. I finally called one day and talked to a manager. Called 7 times and each time they told me the same thing, that UPS should come get them. This went on for 2 months and no pick up.
I called their CSR and she apologized and said she would call UPS to pick them up and get me a refund. When they arrived, they were the wrong size that i had ordered. I ordered some tractor tires in Aug 2020 that were shipped on 8/4 from Agri supply. Company sent wrong tires, never did pick them up, i shipped them back myself, and i still havent got my refund
